Rhythm is an essential part of dance. But what exactly is happening on this level when the beat of infectious swing music carries us away?
This rhythm workshop is all about learning the fundamental elements of rhythm, such as the rhythmic pulse, beat, time, and tempo. You'll also learn about important rhythmic terms like backbeat, offbeat, rhythmic subdivisions, swing phrasing, and shuffle.
Using the body, voice, and movement, the discussed aspects and rhythmic patterns will be made tangible and audible.

Deepen your sense of rhythm and take your musicality to the next level.
